Hornet F.3 PX361 at Linton on Ouse airfield.

On 13th April 1949 this 65 Squadron aircraft was flown on a training exercise. On landing at Linton on Ouse airfield the aircraft tipped onto it's nose at Linton on Ouse and bent the propellers. On 20th April 1949 the same pilot completed the job in Hornet PX394, completely overturning the aircraft on landing. He was a USAF exchange pilot.
