The Flying Refresher School record book (AIR29/1809) gives basic information that on 16th December 1949 this unidentified Wellington landed at Finningley without incident, whilst then being taxied around the perimeter track the pilot accidentally selected the undercarriage up lever which then saw the undercarriage legs fold with damage occurring as a result.
