Hornet F.1 PX250 at Church Fenton airfield.
On 19th April 1948 this 19 Squadron aircraft stalled over the runway at Church Fenton on landing and the heavy landing caused the undecarriage to collapse. This appears to have been the second similar incident to befall this pilot in a short period of time (the first may have been to Hornet PX248 in February 1948).
