Wellington T.10 PG124 at Finningley airfield.
On 22nd May 1947 this No.202 Advanced Flying School aircraft was in the process of taking off at Finningley airfield when the port engine failed. The pilot attempted to abort the take off but could not prevent the aircraft from overrunning the runway, he pilot raised the aircraft's undercarriage to stop the aircraft but it skidded into the airfield boundary and was badly damaged.
