Spitfire TD404 damaged in the air, landed safely (probably) at Leconfield airfield.

On 12th February 1946 this Central Gunnery School aircraft collided in the air with Anson DJ638 based at Melbourne. The pilots of both aircraft landed safely, TD404 probably returned to base and landed at Leconfield.
