Spitfire LF.IX NH411 near Beverley.

On 28th January 1946 this Central Gunnery School aircraft suffered an engine failure on take off from Leconfield airfield and crash landed in a field off Beverley Road just south of the airfield, in the Molescroft Grange area, north of Beverley.
