Lancaster I LM192 at Finningley airfield.

During the afternoon of 7th November 1946 this Bomber Command Instructors School aircraft was flown on a local circuit flying exercise. At 14.30hrs and after a thirteen minute flight a practice flapless landing was made at Finningley airfield but the tail wheel oleo broke causing damage to the underside of the rear turret. Cat.Ac/FA damage was the damage assessment.
