Halifax NR207 damaged in the air, landed at Dishforth airfield.

During the morning of 25th March 1945 the crew of this 420 Squadron aircraft took off at 07.20hrs from Tholthorpe to bomb Munster. They released the bomb load onto the target from 18,700 feet at 10.14hrs and just after the aircraft was damaged by flak with the leading edge of the port rudder being damaged. On their return they landed at Dishforth airfield at 12.55hrs.
