Halifax NA584 damaged by enemy action, landed at Holme on Spalding Moor airfield.
On the evening of 5th January 1945 the crew of this 76 Squadron aircraft undertook an operational flight to bomb Hannover. They took off from Holme on Spalding Moor airfield at 16.54hrs and released their bomb load at 19.28hrs from 16,000 feet. During the course of the night the aircraft was slightly damaged by enemy action but a safe landing was made at Holme on Spalding Moor at 22.33hrs.

On 20th April 1945 W/O Turner was posted to A.C.A.C. at Catterick (he had earlier served with 466 and 462 Squadron). On 30th April 1945 Sgt Reed was posted to 19 OTU while Erskine, Runyon and Dupont were posted to "R" Depot, Warrington prior to repatriation. Gracie was posted to 22 OTU on 3rd May 1945 and Hunsaker to 24 OTU on the same date.
