Halifax LV917 at Lissett airfield.
On 24th March 1945 this 158 Squadron aircraft was flown on a practice bombing exercise. At 16.30hrs the aircraft landed normally at Lissett airfield nd without warning the tail wheel assembly collapsed. Minor damage to the aircraft resulted.
