Wellington BJ707 at Catfoss airfield.
On 22nd January 1945 this Central Gunnery School aircraft caught fire while the engines were being started at Catfoss airfield. Six on board the aircraft at the time jumped clear as the fire spread, no one was injured but the aircraft was badly damaged. The aircraft was not repaired and was struck off charge four days later.
