Hurricane Z2457 at Sherburn in Elmet airfield.
At 13.30hrs on 18th November 1944 Anson NL238 ran into the tail of Hurricane Z2457 at Sherburn in Elmet airfield causing damage to both aircraft. The Hurricane was in the care of No.6 Ferry Pilot Pool, ATA at the time of the incident and appears to have been empty.
