At 15.45hrs on 23rd October 1944 this Spitfire received damage at Sherburn in Elmet airfield. It was in the care of the ATA at the time and was en-route to join 84 Group Support Unit. After repair it was taken on charge by 129 Squadron in early 1945 before being sold to the Belgian Air Force post-Ww2.
