On the night of 18th / 19th July 1944 this 426 Squadron aircraft flew an operational flight to bomb Wesseling. They took off from Linton on Ouse at 22.15hrs and bombed from 15,000 feet at 01.15hrs. During the course of the night the aircraft received flak damage. The crew were able to bring their aircraft home and landed at Linton on Ouse at 03.59hrs.
