Wellington LN611 at Finningley airfield.
Believed to have been on 8th July 1944 this 17 O.T.U. aircraft was being flown on a cross country training flight from it's base at Silverstone when port engine trouble caused the crew to make an emergency landing at Finningley airfield at 16.10hrs. The Finningley station orb records it as being "Z.611" and states that the received minor damage but the nature of how it was damaged is not yet known. The only Wellington that would fit as being the identity of the aircraft is LN611.
