Master EM521 at Clifton airfield.

At 10.40hrs on 11th February 1944 this aircraft was being taxied around the perimeter track at Clifton airfield while a vehicle (the D.F Tender) was being driven down the edge of the perimeter track in the opposite direction. The starboard wing struck the vehicle and the aircraft was damaged. The incident is mentioned in passing in the Clifton airfield flying control occurance book (AIR16/928). Nothing more is currently known.
