On 2nd November 1944 the Central Gunnery School orb makes a simple statement of there being a taxying accident at Catfoss airfield. Nothing further is known about the incident.

Spitfire P7621 was struck off charge on this date and was a C.G.S. aircraft at the time. Maybe this was the aircraft involved?
