Unidentified Halifax damaged in the air, landed at Thornaby airfield.
On 18th November 1944 some 24 Halifaxes landed at Thornaby airfield following operational sorties. The Thornaby station orb states that two aircraft landed with medical cases on board and they were
treated by the airfield medical staff. The only information located was found within the Thornaby airfield station orb (AIR28/826).
