Oxford V4143 was built to contract B.55347/39 by Standard Motors Ltd. at Coventry and was awaiting collection in September 1941. It was taken on charge by 1520 B.A.T. Flight at Holme on Spalding Moor on 25th October 1941. As a result of the mishap there on 22nd February 1943 Cat.A(c)/FA damage would have been the damage assessment and a repair on site was the likely repair method. It repaired with 1520 B.A.T.
