Halifax R9430 at Riccall airfield.

At 10.27hrs on 14th May 1943 this 1658 Heavy Conversion Unit aircraft damaged the tail wheel assembly following a heavy landing at Riccall airfield.

Pilot (instructor) - P/O Harold Adrian Brown DFM RAFVR (126488).

Pilot (pupil) - F/Sgt Henry Massey George RAFVR (1059757).

On 14th February 1943 the aircraft was found damaged during a routine inspection through general wear and tear and again on 18th August 1943.
