An AM Form 1180 located states that on 29th July 1943 this 1667 Conversion Flight Lancaster received a damage assessment that was deemed repairable Cat.Ac damage at Lindholme airfield. The assessment appears to have been made following damage located during an inspection rather than from a flying accident, possibly tail damage following heavy landings. Nothing else is know about the incident.
