An AM Form 1180 located states that on 21st July 1943 this 1667 Conversion Flight Lancaster received a damage assessment that was deemed repairable Cat.Ac damage at Lindholme airfield. The assessment appears to have been made following damage located during an inspection rather than from a flying accident, possible damage to the tail wheel resulting from multiple heavy landings. Nothing else is know about the incident.
