Halifax JB922 at Leeming airfield.
On 4th May 1943 this 408 Squadron aircraft was flown on an air-test. On landing at Leeming airfield at 15.00hrs in a crosswind the aircraft's tail wheel begun to shimmy, the aircraft then swung off the runway and the tail wheel ran through a hole on the grass and broke off.
