Halifax HR946 at Snaith airfield.
During the evening of 20th August 1943 this 51 Squadron was flown on a cross country training flight. After the 1.45 hour flight the crew landed at Snaith airfield at 22.50hrs but the landing was heavy, the aircraft bounced and the tail wheel collapsed.
