On 28th February 1943 this 2 (C)O.T.U. aircraft swung on take off from Catfoss. The unit's ORB recorded that the starboard undercarriage, propeller, mainplane and both engines were shock loaded. It is possible that the starboard undercarriage collapsed to cause this damage though the ORB does not state this.
