On 2nd July 1943 this 1656 Heavy Conversion Unit aircraft is listed purely in their record book as having sustained minor Cat.Ac damage. I have located the AM Form 1180 for this incident and while there is a lot of detail lacking it appears to relate to being damage found during a routine inspection rather than damage sustaining in a flying accident.
