Halifax DT776 at Melbourne airfield.
On 28th June 1943 this 10 Squadron was used on a day time training flight. After an hour flight at 12.40hrs a heavy landing was made at Melbourne airfield. Movement of some internal bolts was later discovered when the aircraft was inspected. Cat.B damage was the assessment so the problem must have been serious.
