Halifax DG410 at Rufforth airfield.
At 22.20hrs on 8th December 1943 this 1663 Heavy Conversion Unit aircraft landed at Rufforth following a training flight and the undercarriage collapsed. Bolts attaching the undercarriage to the wing broke.
