Lancaster W4275 was delivered as new to 101 Squadron on 10th October 1942. Cat.A/FA damage would have been the damage assessment following the mishap on 1st December 1942 but it does not feature on the aircraft's AM Form 78. A repair on site would have resulted. The aircraft failed to return from Ops to Cologne on 9th July 1943 that saw all of the then crew being killed. Cat.Em damage was recorded and the aircraft was struck off charge on 31st July 1943.
