On 6th May 1942 a No.6 (Coastal) Operational Training Unit aircraft is listed in the unit orb as being damaged when the pupil pilot undershot a landing, this was almost certainly at their airfield of Thornaby but the unit orb does not identify the aircraft.
Searching through the Hudson movement cards (AM Form 78) I have found one Hudson that received a damage assessment on the same date, Hudson T9403 received a Cat.Ac/FA damage assessment on this date.
