Oxford BG632 at Leconfield airfield.
At 20.50hrs on 19th August 1942 this aircraft was parked at Leconfield airfield with the engines running when a member of ground crew walked into a rotating port propeller. He was seriously injured and was taken to the Fulwood Head Hospital at Sheffield where he died on 22nd August 1942. He was buried in Cambridge on 27th August 1942.

Ground crew - LAC Norman Edward Ginn RAFVR (961241), aged 29. Buried Cambridge City Cemetery.
Norman Ginn was born in Cambridge on 28th August 1912. He enlisted for RAF service on 22nd April 1940.
