Unidentified aircraft damaged at Church Fenton airfield.
On 14th April 1942 this unidentified 54 Operational Training Unit aircraft burst a tyre following a heavy landing and sustained minor damage. Nothing more is known about the incident and what is shown here is drawn from the unit ORB. The ORB also states that there were two additional taxying accidents on this date but does not go into details.
