Unidentified Blenheim at Church Fenton airfield.
On 13th April 1942 this 54 Operational Training Unit aircraft was being flown on a training flight when it suffered engine failure. The 54 O.T.U. ORB states that it sustained damage but does not go into details. Nothing else is yet known about what happened.
