Wellington Z8833 at Snaith airfield.
On 11th November 1941 this 150 Squadron aircraft was in the process of taking off from Snaith airfield for a training flight when the second pilot accidentally closed the wrong throttle control while trying to correct a minor swing. The aircraft swerved off the runway and the tail wheel assembly was damaged when it struck a flare.
