Wellington Z1261 at Driffield airfield.
On 5th November 1941 this 458 Squadron aircraft was given an airtest. At 11.10hrs the aircraft landed at Driffield airfield but the brakes were ineffective on wet grass, the aircraft overshot and struck a Drem lighting system. It came to rest in the barbed wire on the airfield boundary.
