Whitley P4985 at Topcliffe airfield.
On 9th May 1941 this 77 Squadron aircraft was being flown on a night training flight, on landing at Topcliffe at 22.10hrs the aircraft landed too far down the runway and overshot through the boundary fence. The aircraft received minor damage.
