Whitley P4953 at Leeming airfield.
At 18.04hrs on 14th April 1941 this 10 Squadron was being taxied to dispersal point at Leeming airfield, in the course of being moved it ran over a badly rutted area of the airfield which caused damage to the tail wheel assembly. The state of the airfield was poor throughout the Winter of 1940-41.
