Blenheim L7088 at Church Fenton airfield.
The 54 Operational Training Unit ORB briefly states that on 18th April 1941 this aircraft was being flown on a dual instruction training flight when it suffered an engine cutting out, possibly on take off and presumably at Church Fenton airfield where the unit was based. The ORB does not state what then happened other than damage occurred which was not repairable on site. I need to see the AM Form 1180 for additional information.
Pilot - F/Lt G A Reid (Possibly George Alfred Reid RAFVR (72750)).
