Battle L5680 at Catfoss airfield.

On 4th July 1941 this No.2 (Coastal) Operational Training Unit aircraft suffered the undercarriage fail to lock down prior to landing at Catfoss airfield. On landing at 18.10hrs the undercarriage then collapsed. A fault in the cockpit warning light appears to have caused the pilot a problem in knowing there was an issue.

Pilot - Sgt Klemens Prusak PAF (782599).
