Unidentified Spitfire at Forest Farm airfield.
The 54 Operational Training Unit ORB briefly states that on April 1941 an unidentified Spitfire was involved in a collision with their Tiger Moth R5253 at Forest Farm airfield at 23.15hrs. Which unit the Spitfire belonged to is not clear, it may have been one from neary Catterick airfield although that is purely speculation on my part.
