Unidentified Hurricane at Finningley airfield.
On 2nd January 1941 a Hurricane aircraft was being refuelled at Finningley airfield when a machine gun was accidentally fired. Unfortunately a member of 106 Squadron's ground crew was struck by bullets and died.
