Unidentified Blenheim near Church Fenton airfield.
On 1st November 1941 the 54 Operational Training Unit ORB briefly states that an unidentified Blenheim MkIV suffered fuel shortage in the air. The pilot to attempted fly back to Church Fenton airfield but the fuel supply to the engines ran out and the engines stopped. At 07.00hrs the pilot made a forced landing near the airfield and the aeroplane was damaged.
