Gauntlet K5306 at Catterick aerodrome.
On 17th February 1938 this 213 Squadron swung while taxying at Catterick aerodrome, the swing could not be checked before the undercarriage collapsed. 213 Squadron were based at Chuch Fenton, why it was at Catterick is not yet clear. The squadron records do not mention the incident but they do state on 16th May 1938 it was struck off charge.
