Tiger Moth K4286 at Catterick aerodrome.
At Catterick aerodrome on 20th May 1937 this aircraft having it's propeller turned with no one in the cockpit when unfortunately the engine fired and it began to taxi over the aerodrome with no one at the controls. It eventually crashed and was damaged. On paper it had joined Dishforth Station Flight on 11th February 1937 and was still on charge with them when this incident happened.
