Dickson primary glider at Baildon Moor.
By Tuesday, 8th April 1933 the Bradford and County Gliding Club were well into their Easter flying meeting at their flying site at Dobrudden Farm on Baildon Moor. During one of the flights made from ground toward the crest of the hill their Dickson primary glider was slightly damaged and appears to have then been repaired that day. A second mishap later occurred and appears to have been to this same Dickson glider. The pilot came in too fast for a landing and struck a partly buried rock on the landing ground site.
Pilot - Mr (Arthur?) Cox.
