Dickson primary glider at Baildon Moor.
By Tuesday, 8th April 1933 the Bradford and County Gliding Club were well into their Easter flying meeting at their flying site at Dobrudden Farm on Baildon Moor. During one of the flights made from ground toward the crest of the hill their Dickson primary glider failed to make a turn and struck the ground. Two starboard landing wires were broken which halted flying for a short time while it was being repaired. A mishap later in the day occurred and appears to have been to the same glider.
