DH.80 Puss Moth G-ABEI at Rolston.

In the days before 16th August 1932 the owner of this aeroplane, Major James Bryan Upton, flew to his home at Rolston Hall and landed normally. The aeroplane was parked and left in a field overnight but overnight horses in the field decided to eat parts of the aeroplane. The owner found the damage the next day and also that the damage was not severe enough to prevent flight. He flew to Hedon aerodrome and later took it to be reconditioned at Brough (presumably by Blackburns). The owner was the President of the Hull Aero Club at the time.
