Dickson primary glider damaged at Weeton.
On Sunday, 15th February 1931 the Harrogate Gliding Club held a flying meeting at their Weeton flying site. During the day their Dickson primary glider stalled while flying at around forty feet above the ground, the pilot lost control and it dived into the ground. The pilot broke his arm and sustained other minor injuries while the glider was damaged.
