Blackburn Bluebird G-EBTA.

This aeroplane was listed as being destroyed or permanently withdrawn from use during December 1930 and is suggested by others to have been damaged in some form of flying accident during this month. It was owned by the North Sea Aerial and General Transport Co.Ltd. who were based at Brough. At the time of creating this webpage I can find no evidence of it being damaged in a flying accident at Brough during December 1930 but would welcome information to prove this to be wrong. I feel it was damaged earlier and the paperwork caught up in December 1930. It had been damaged in 1928 at Sherburn in Elmet though would probably have been repaired after this earlier incident.
