Zogling glider near Nesfield.
On 7th September 1930 the Ilkley Gliding Club held a flying meeting at a site at Nesfield for members to practice in the club Zogling glider. During the second flight of the day one pilot rose too high and then nose dived into the ground. Unfortunately he broke his right leg.
